- find nice lighting
- Plain background area (or everything in the background of the photo will be doubled as well)
- Find movement
- Put shutter speed on 1

The shutter speed shows such a ghostly image, because it catches the speed of the action so quickly it looks like a ghost.
The best Photo is the first one with the shutter speed of 1, because theres a darker image around it but faded in the middle.
